We Fix Our Eyes
From 2 Corinthians 4:17-18
"For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all. So we fix our eyes not on what is seen, but on what is unseen, since what is seen is temporary, but what is unseen is eternal."
excerpt: "We fix our eyes not on what it seen, but on what is unseen"
(If you focus on the faint background, you can read the words to the second half of this passage: ("but on what is unseen"). I enjoyed creating a design that reflects the idea of the passage and how it's difficult to keep your eyes focused on the "unseen" part and that there will be those that just miss it all together and only see what's right in their face without looking longer and deeper at it (or in this reference, the eternal purpose of worldly troubles).
